What's the gap worth?

Pop in a few numbers. The model sizes the uplift from your score: the bigger the gap in an area, the more there is to gain from fixing it.

How the maths works (and the dials you can turn)

Each area has a maximum uplift for a business starting from zero. Your score shrinks it: an area scoring 100 has nothing left to gain, one scoring 0 gets the full amount. Uplifts stack, so better traffic, conversion and repeat buying multiply together. Profit is extra revenue × margin, plus any wasted ad spend you stop. Year one assumes about three months to get set up, so it counts 75% of the full-year gain, and payback includes those set-up months. Areas you haven't answered add nothing. The GroYo estimate is sized to the work your gaps need, and is never more than the package price. These are planning estimates from typical small-to-medium business CRM programmes, not promises. Market comparisons price the same work at UK day rates: a freelance CRM consultant at the UK median of £463 a day (ITJobsWatch, six months to October 2026) and a typical agency at about £900 a day (published agency rate cards of £895 to £1,125 a day, compiled by Whito, 2026).
